Richard Hsiao

- Richard Hsiao is the founder and CEO of RHC Group, a sports and entertainment arm of a single family office operating at the forefront of innovation in professional sports and entertainment. Based in Toronto, RHC Group comprises RHC Investments Holdings and RHC Initiatives, the latter serving as the company's charitable subsidiary. At a time of rapid evolution across the business of sports and entertainment, Richard and RHC Group are focused on projects and organizations aimed at bringing communities together, while expanding access and opportunity across each industry.
Richard is also the founder of J17 Capital, Inc., a venture capital firm whose portfolio includes investments in early stage consumer technology and enterprise SaaS companies, in addition to leading funds such as 8VC and Spark Capital.
Richard is a firm believer in the power of sports to connect and inspire, and he uses RHC Group and his platform to amplify and empower youth-based sports initiatives focusing on empowering girls and lower-income communities.

Lin Wang

- Lin Wang is the Chief Investment Officer of RHC Group, a Toronto based sports company. In her role, Lin drives the strategic vision for RHC Investments, the firm’s private equity division, where she oversees deal sourcing, investor advisory services, and portfolio and relationship management. She also heads the group’s charity arm, RHC Initiatives, which provides resources and opportunities to youth development organizations, especially those benefiting girls and lower-income communities, across sports.
Prior to RHC Group, Lin was one of the first partners of J17 Capital, Inc., a venture capital firm specializing in the technology sector. During her time there, she led investment strategy, prioritizing companies at the forefront of innovation, as well as guiding the firm’s approach to emerging funds across North America and Asia. In just three years, she helped grow the company’s portfolio to include investments across consumer and enterprise tech, and blockchain infrastructure and application.
Lin studied in Heidelberg University, and now lives with her husband in Toronto, and their fur baby, Emma.
Building an Advisory Board
The RHC Group is also establishing an advisory board that is led by Jean Todt, Ferrari’s former CEO and general manager, and the current International Olympic Committee Commission member for Public Affairs and Social Development. Todt played an integral role in building both the Ferrari racing brand, as well as establishing Formula 1 as a premier sports organization.
The RHC Group Advisory Board will be as diverse as the organizations we steward and will comprise leaders across sports, entertainment, business, and the non profit and NGO organizations looking to provide equal access for all.
